1. Where are you located? 

We are located at 310 Mill Street, Occoquan Va 22125

2. What kind of art do you sell? 

We offer a unique selection of all kinds of art. From Walking on the wild side art to stay calm and relax art. From small gifts and stocking stuffers to larger living room pieces and impressive artmanship to show off to your guests. All have different perspectives and are professionally presented.

3. Is your art original?

Yes, we strive to have all original art by the artists. Each peice is made by the artist and if duplicated or sold as prints, mugs, puzzles, bookmarks, cards, etc, those prints and duplications are of the artists original artwork.

4. What are your hours? 

Our normal hours of operation are Tueday thru Sunday, 11am - 5pm. However, From September 1st to January 1st we begin opening on Mondays to celebrate the holiday season. Mondays have the same time schedule of 11am - 5pm.

Every so often when there are special Occoquan town events or shows we will open early or stay open later. Please visit News and Events to find out the events and times. 

 

5. Do you have special events and artist demos?

Yes we do, we often have several events throughout the year so fans of our artists (new and old) can get to know more about our artists and the talent they possess. We welcome anyone to come by and ask questions and meet the artists at the gallery. Please see News and Events to find our more about the coming events we will be having that month. 

 

6.  Can you directly contact an artist?

Most of the time yes you may. At each artists station there will be business cards, QR Codes or some sort of contact info for you to take with you. If you go through the website, it will be passed along to the artist. Please be patient when contacting all our artists are busy and some have other jobs as well. Allow a little time for them to get back to you.

7. Are your artists local? 

Yes, most are local artists. Some are year round, others are snowbirds who are around most of the year. There are some that are currently not local but they continue to contribute toward the gallery remotely.

8. How does your gallery operate?

Art A La Carte does not make a profit. All monies goes to the artists, bills, day to day operations, supplies, etc. The artists themselves run the gallery through shared desk duties, volunteering their time and being on one of the several committees formed to keep the gallery functioning.
