Pam Troutman was born with an art gene. Her grandmother was a chalk and paint artist in Indiana, and Pam is proud to have several of her pieces. She studied Studio Art at Mary Washington and received her Bachelor of Arts in 1980. She used her creative talent making maps for the Department of Defense until her retirement in 2014. She has continued her art education by taking classes in jewelry making from some of the best polymer and beading artists in the world.

Pam has been creating since 2000 and sells at juried craft shows as well as ART A La Carte Gallery & Gift Boutique in Occoquan, VA. Her necklaces have been on exhibit at the Bead Museum (formerly in Washington, DC) and The Workhouse Arts Center (Lorton, VA). She has placed in competitions at Woodlawn Needlework Exhibit (Alexandria, VA), and at Beadazzled (Falls Church, VA). Pam is active with the Northern Virginia Bead Society, having served as Vice President, President, as well as other positions.

Functional jewelry – beaded lanyards and eyeglass holders.
Necklaces created with vintage beads or handmade polymer beads.
Bead weaving and bead embroidery.
